This is a static website with no user accounts, no newsletter and no online forms. No cookies are set and no analytics or tracking software (such as Google Analytics) is used. Personal data is processed only to the technically necessary extent described below.

A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with GitHub; any data transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
To ensure consistent presentation, this site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google when the page loads. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in an appealing, consistent presentation pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you contact me by email or phone, I process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of your enquiry) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (responding to general enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless statutory retention periods apply.
